Asset Recovery Program
Our asset recovery programs allow you to recycle and resell your outdated electronic equipment safely and securely. Our recycling methods adhere to regular safety standards. We thoroughly erase and destroy sensitive information from storage devices. Our recovery program complies with environmental, safety, and health standards and regulations. How does it work?
We would take the equipment on a Sort & Settle basis if the customer allows the resale of any or all of their equipment. We would:
- OCM would create a receiving report that shows the number of pallets received and the weight of each pallet.
- OCM would perform a scan report of all equipment by serial number.
- All hard drives would be scanned by serial number and then shredded.
- A settlement report of items that made it through the test is listed by asset number.
- An agreed-upon set value per item is automatically generated in our system and returns an overall value.
- A Certificate of Recycling is generated for all items processed.
- All the above reports are sent to our customers via email.
- A check is generated to match the settlement report figure and sent via mail within 30 days.
